Radiographic Testing (RT)

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
MT is used for identifying surface and near-surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials. A magnetic field is applied, and iron particles are dusted over the surface. Discontinuities disrupt the magnetic field, attracting particles to form visible indications of defects like fatigue cracks, laps, or seams.
Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT)
DPT is ideal for detecting surface-breaking flaws in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. A visible or fluorescent dye is applied to the surface, seeps into any cracks, and is then made visible using a developer. DPT is especially effective for inspecting castings, forgings, and welds. All testing is performed by qualified technicians, in accordance with global codes such as ASME, API, and ISO standards. We also provide detailed inspection reports and support corrective actions where needed.
